On Thursday, September 23, at 11:00 AM, I have an appointment for another ultrasound of my left breast. The doctor wants to see if the lump in my breast has grown, I don't think the lump is any larger. I'm not worried about it because I don't feel any pain, at least not in that part of my body. When the doctor fist discovered the lump, it bothered me that I hadn't fond the lump myself.
I don't have health insurance, so I have to go to a clinic that charges a sliding fee. Fortunately, I am a senior citizen so I was able to get into a program for senior women after the doctor found the lump. I have an appointment with the breast specialist next week. All I can do now is pray that the lump is benign.
