We bought an electric skillet today. I can now cook my own hamburgers and fix chicken without putting it in the slow cooker. I am happy, at least for a little while. We bought one of those large family size skillets that you can cook a entire meal in at once. Life if wonderful and I didn't get caught in a traffic jam today.
I really like modern conveyances like electric skillets. They make life so much easier. The next thing I have to get is a working Microwave. I have a Microwave, but it doesn't work. I'm going to have to take it out to the curb next Tuesday, but it's too heavy to carry out so I'm going to have to figure out a way to roll it to the curb.
