We don't have to get up right away, 

But there's now use staying forever 

On the ground.

Say a prayer for forgiveness 

And then  push or pull yourself up.

So while you're down there 

Look around 

Is there something you can pick up? 

We all fall down 

Do you see someone else 

Struggling to get up? 

We all fall down 

Don't just sit there looking around 

Find someone else 

To help up.
