Random Thoughts on Poetry

Chocolate fibers;
stanzas of white light;
cantos of dark radiance
rejuvenate
the heart's yearning
for poetic metaphors.

Coffee poured
into mugs of morning laughter,
into cups
of noonday desires,
into memories
of poetic similes.
