Naw-Ruz, which means New Day, will be celebrated by the Baha'is beginning at sunset on March 20, and ending at sunset on March 21.
World Poetry Day is March 21.
These two events make writing poems on that day necessary. One of the ways to proclaim Baha'u'llah, the Prophet Founder of the Baha'I faith is through the arts. Another reason to write a poem on March 21 is spring. Spring is always a good time to write poem of joy and faith.
