My e-mail box is full of words. Words in e-mails, words in newsletters, words written in black letters on a white page, words are indispensable to a writer and to humanity itself. Without words humans would have difficulty communicating, even with words we sometimes can’t make our wishes known or understood.

Sometimes the problem has to do with language. Sometimes the problem is the words themselves. Words don’t express or explain entirely our experiences. So that means we have to listen and watch the expression on the faces of those we’re talking with.
